CAR WRAP PRINTING SERVICES
When choosing a custom design livery for your car or fleet, it’s important that the design is backed by premium quality vinyl, vibrant inks and a work horse of a printer. We use different printers for different solutions varying between HP and Mimaki. Our printers range from
- Eco Solvent for use in photorealistic images in amazing colour and sharp detail to bring the most out of any design.
- Latex printers to run as commerical work horses for fast turn around bulk prints.
If there’s a particular colour you need we also offer a colour matching service to ensure you keep brand consistency, we then file the colour swatch so we always have a match.

We can help with your brand creation, whether it be designing a new logo or working with an existing logo and placing it over several vehicles, a decal for your shop front or integrated into a wall mural to lift office moral.
Once a design is approved we then prepare the design for print, all of our print files are filed away on our secure database which can be retrieved for the next job maintaining colour and brand consistency.

Once a design is approved we then prepare the design for print, all of our print files are filed away on our secure database which can be retrieved for the next job maintaining colour and brand consistency. We just need you to follow our simple guidelines below so we can execute your designs into prints.
TYPICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Provided in an EPS file at 10% scale.
- Minimum resolution of 720dpi at 10% OR or 72dpi at 100% scale.
- If you are providing a flattened image which should be provided in a .TIFF file.
- Artwork to be provided in two layers if a cut contour is required for cut graphics, first layer is the artwork with the second layer consisting of a Magenta Spot Colour contour line as your nominated cut line.
- Text and font to be converted to outlines.
- Files larger than 25mb to be provided using Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer.
